While you are at it, you could disable Sanity Check as well with Hex Multitool. BLCMM is not required to run the mod. However, you need it if you want to use optional stuff.
Download the BL2Beta.rar and extract it using WinRar or 7-zip. You can download both for free. Copy the BL2EBeta.txt file to your.SteamLibrarysteamappscommonBorderlands 2Binaries folder.
