Let me try to share what I know:-You need clan rank 5;-You go to a Clan Overseer in a city (Jadestone, Zaiwei etc) to enter the Clan Wardrobe;-You can make a design and share it, but to actually craft it, you need to make the design 'permanent'.

We haven't done this yet, but everything used requires gold and probably soulstones, insignias and often more.UNSURE:-To make a design craftable, I assume you pay the gold, soulstone & insignia cost once. Then you make outfits for the materials in the crafting tab.-This might be wrong and you might have to pay that much gold and all EVERY TIME you want to craft the outfit.Hope that helps a little. You can make the outfits without a design, the outfit and design is separate.You can also have 4 registered designs at once, and I believe everyone can pick which appearance they want their outfit to take on.Best way is to just start crafting everyone their outfits first, then work on the design. After you decide on a design, you commission it. Then in the design tab of the clan interface it will show all the mats you need to gather for that design, which most of them are clan crafted items so it'll take a lot of time/money to farm everything.After you gather all the mats, the design craft will start, and after 3 days everyone will be able to apply that design to their outfit.

When you share a design, you get a list of what's used. If you have access to a list of the costs (or the clan wardrobe itself), you can look at them. It says the total when you try to 'make the design' basically.

The ones I had were pretty simple and about 140-170 gold, 100 soulstones I think. But it really depends on what you use.There are materials like dye required, but I'm not sure WHEN you need them. I haven't clicked the button to actually make the design since my clan and I are organising a clan outfit contest where veterans can make their own design & everybody that is involved in the clan can vote.
