Assured me it would work when I rebooted - but of course it didn't! I can get my emails through Oultook on the web, but wouldlike the app to work.

Nothing has worked. The mail app was the least of my problems with Windows 10. The main issue was that I had an error message appearing: 'Windows couldn't connect to the Group Policy Client Service. The problem prevents standard users from signing in'.

Thismeant everything was running so slowly that it was useless. After hours of phone contact, which involved having to pay for £65 for help, the only solution given was to revert back to Windows 8.1, which I have now done. £65 refunded, but I'm back to where Istarted after a week of hassle.
